Refund Policy
All products sold by Helix Research Sciences are strictly for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing these materials for lawful research purposes.
Returns
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
To start a return, contact us through the contact page on this site with your order number. We will provide return instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracked shipping; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded. This is a product-safety and integrity requirement, and there are no exceptions.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will replace the item or refund the product price, at our discretion.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Orders subject to a chargeback are not eligible for a refund or replacement through us.
