Shipping Policy

All products sold by Helix Research Sciences are strictly for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.

Processing time

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

• Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the ship date via tracked service.

• A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Packaging

• Orders are packed in discreet, unmarked packaging. Insulated packaging and cold packs are included where appropriate to protect product stability during transit.

Address accuracy and delays

• Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery.
